Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Staff were not helpful, communication was lacking, and overall the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this business based on the way customers are treated.

He didn’t just assist me with picking out boots and outfits—he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure everything fit my style perfectly. Even more impressive, he stayed after store hours to help customize my boots and put together outfits that I felt confident in. That level of dedication is rare, and it truly made the experience unforgettable. They carry a wide variety of products you won’t find in the average pet store. I needed supplements for my nursing dog, and they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They also have an excellent selection of dog food and many other supplies. I’ll definitely be going back!

Fast service and great quality of feeds. They do not carry the 50lb bag feed for the small livestock, they have 40lb bags. Which is alright, the price is a little higher than another feed store that I go to, but still affordable. The place is clean and there are also small livestocks for sale occasionally. They have different grades of hay for horses stacked on the outside of the facility. Had been here a few time and employees always nice and helpful, overall great experience.
